About Us.......

Who We Are!
Elder Veterans Legal Aid Group, P.C. is an independent law firm. What distinguishes us from virtually every other law firm is that we only practice in the field of VA disability law found in Title 38 of the United States Code and we are a zero net profit firm. Although veterans disability law is not recognized as a field of speciality by the licensing bodies of the various states, it does require direct, legal accreditation and continuing education from the General Counsel of the Department of Veterans Affairs. In fact, it is illegal to even give advice to a veteran regarding a claim unless you hold this accreditation. [OGC Accreditation FAQs]. Our firm was created with one purpose in mind: to assist elderly, disabled veterans and their families to thoroughly understand their potential VA benefit entitlements and to obtain those entitlements as efficiently and quickly as possible.
The staff at EVLAG have a combined total of over 25 years assisting elderly veterans and have filed over 85,000 successful benefit claims. Throughout the entire process, we work for you to ensure you are represented completely and professionally. Unlike other groups or organizations, we do all the work for you. From gathering all necessary information, preparing forms and evidence, to proactively prosecuting the claim before the VA; with EVLAG, you are never alone throughout the process of obtaining benefits.
